Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Health Actuary to join the Actuarial and Financial Group on a hybrid basis with in-office collaboration at least three days per week. The role leads complex health engagements, mentors staff and identifies growth opportunities within a global risk and advisory firm.

You will review client reports, present findings and shape health actuarial services strategy for diverse clients, ensuring top-quality service and insights.

Qualifications

• Experience consulting for large clients (10,000+ lives) in group health and benefits.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex presentations and recommendations.
• Experience leading and developing team members in a professional setting.
• ASA or FSA credential required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial engagements and client relationships to ensure service standards are met or exceeded.
• Review and deliver client reports and presentations summarizing findings and strategies.
• Provide high-level reviews of actuarial opinions, underwritings and projections.
• Contribute to business development by identifying growth opportunities and representing AFG in proposals.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing environment.
• Advance health actuarial thought leadership and innovative solutions.
