Job summary

Marsh, a global leader in risk and advisory services, seeks a Senior Health Actuary to lead complex client engagements within the Actuarial and Financial Group. The role emphasizes health actuarial thought leadership, mentoring teams, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will advance client solutions, reviews, and proposals while collaborating with senior professionals to shape our health practice.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience with large clients (10,000+ lives) in group health.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex presentations.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• ASA or FSA credential.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial and financial client engagements and relationships to ensure service standards are met or exceeded.
• Review and deliver client reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommending strategies or solutions.
• Provide high-level reviews of statements of actuarial opinion, underwritings, and other actuarial analyses and projections.
• Contribute to business development by identifying growth opportunities and representing AFG in proposal efforts.
• Lead and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Advance intellectual capital through health actuarial thought leadership and innovative solutions.
