Job summary

Marsh seeks a Senior Health Actuary to lead complex client engagements, shaping health actuarial services and mentoring team members within the Actuarial and Financial Group. You will drive strategic recommendations and help grow Marsh’s health practice.

The role combines client service, thought leadership, and business development in a hybrid setting with opportunities across Marsh’s global health actuarial teams.

Qualifications

• Must have consulting experience with large clients (10,000+ lives).
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex presentations.
• Experience leading and developing team members in a professional setting.
• ASA or FSA credential required.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial and financial client engagements and relationships to ensure service standards are met or exceeded.
• Review and deliver client reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommending strategies or solutions.
• Provide high-level reviews of statements of actuarial opinion, underwritings, and other actuarial analyses and projections.
• Contribute to business development by identifying growth opportunities and representing AFG in proposal efforts.
• Lead and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Advance intellectual capital through health actuarial thought leadership and innovative solutions.
