Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an HDD Foreman for Large Drill Operations to lead a horizontal directional drilling crew, manage daily field operations, and coordinate with leadership on project progress. You will ensure safety, select tooling, supervise bore paths, and train crew members while meeting schedules and quality standards.

You must have 3–5+ years HDD experience and a valid CDL; willingness to travel regionally is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years HDD experience, including large‑diameter drills.
• Strong understanding of HDD tooling and safety practices.
• Ability to read bore plans and job specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily drill operations for large‑diameter bores, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Operate or supervise large HDD rigs, including setup and bore path execution.
• Oversee tooling selection and depth control with steering systems.
• Coordinate with locator for accurate bore path adherence.
• Train and direct crew members to comply with safety and quality standards.
