• 6 years of experience with HCM applications (PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle APEX) and proficiency in Python and Java to deliver business requirements.
• 6 years of experience managing integrations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud.
• 6 years of experience managing data conversions from legacy applications to HCM cloud using cloud native tools.
• 6 years of experience with problem-solving to address technical challenges.
• 6 years of experience interpreting complex data and deriving actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of IT systems in HCM landscape.
• Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Full-stack development, maintenance, and support of HCM applications and integrations.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation of enhancements, configuration changes, and bug fixes.
• Ensure production migrations, bug fixes, and tests have documentation, test scripts, and business approvals.
• Provide technical support for system upgrades, patches, fixes, troubleshooting, and data manipulation scripts.
• Ensure adherence to MCIT architectural, security, testing, documentation, and change migration standards by all team members.
