Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a HCM techno-functional Senior Analyst to lead modernization of the HCM platform, drive automation initiatives, and serve as the primary functional/technical expert for the HR user community.

You will translate complex requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions, design and test configurations, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams and MCIT partners.

Qualifications

6+ years hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.60+.
Strong skills in system analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
Experience with Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management modules.
Proficiency with SQL, PS Query, Application Designer, and integration tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration across IT and business partners.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior advocate for Corporate HCM systems and lead automation initiatives.
Act as the primary functional and technical SME for Core HCM modules.
Translate complex requirements into scalable, tested HCM solutions.
Elicit requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
Design, configure, develop, test, and support HCM applications and dashboards.
