Job summary

City of New York seeks a PeopleSoft Developer to maintain and extend the HCM application, focusing on HR and Benefits modules. You will design, code, test, and implement custom solutions, working with a cross-functional team to meet functional and technical requirements.

The role requires strong PeopleSoft/Tools skills, experience with integrations, and the ability to deliver on multiple priorities in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree and 4 years of related full-time experience, or equivalent combinations.
• Experience with HR/Benefits/HCM modules in PeopleSoft is preferred.
• Knowledge of and experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Support existing HR and Benefits functionality while designing, developing, testing, and implementing custom solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Technical Lead, Business Analysts, QA, and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Provide production support and participate in enhancements and implementations.
