You will drive HRIS project delivery, enable customers to adopt Workday HCM features, and guide security configurations while communicating complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HCM software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM product area (HCM & Security Required).
• 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage customers to understand business requirements.
• Demonstrate system configuration solutions and articulate product capabilities, benefits and risks.
• Collaborate with Engagement Manager to deliver workshops, reviews and health checks.
• Support multiple customers on short duration projects and drive customer success.
