Job summary

A technology services provider is seeking a highly technical PeopleSoft Subject Matter Expert to support HR modernization for the Federal Government. This full-time position involves providing deep functional and technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM across on-premises and Oracle Cloud environments. You will collaborate with various teams to resolve complex issues, support data migration activities, and ensure compliance with federal regulations. The role requires 7+ years of PeopleSoft experience and U.S. citizenship with a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PeopleSoft implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, configuration, and optimization.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical SME for PeopleSoft modules.
• Support PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop training programs and user documentation.
