Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead the implementation of an HCM system with payroll services. You will manage all project lifecycle phases, collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver on scope, time, and budget.
The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of HCM project experience, strong leadership, and expertise across Dayforce, Oracle Cloud, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors, while navigating a matrix environment and ensuring
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
- 10–15 years implementing HCM solutions for large programs.
- Experience with Dayforce, Oracle Cloud, Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong leadership and matrix-environment collaboration.
- PMO governance and SDLC expertise.
Mansioni
- Partner with procurement in RFPs and bids.
- Collaborate with Legal and Procurement to ensure compliance.
- Develop a comprehensive HCM business case with costs and benefits.
- Create detailed project plans and allocate resources.
- Coordinate vendors for seamless delivery.
- Prepare executive reports for steering committee.
- Monitor project performance with PM tools.
- Implement risk management and escalate issues.
- Maintain vendor relationships throughout lifecycle.
- Maintain PMO-aligned project documentation.
