Job summary

San Juan Regional Medical Center seeks an experienced HCM Solutions Developer Boomi/UKG to design scalable HRIS integrations across Workday, UKG Pro WFM, and other tools. You will act as a functional administrator for UKG Pro WFM and drive data exchange, automation, and validation across cloud and on-prem systems.

You will lead the development of integration strategies, supervise implementation, and ensure data integrity, security, and reliable runtimes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
Five (5) years' configuration and technical experience in UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
Five (5) years' experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions.
Three (3)+ years' experience with API design and API management.
Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, RESTful services, SOAP.
Proven understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables with consistency.

Responsibilities

Lead design of integrations connecting cloud, SaaS and on-prem systems.
Develop and maintain Boomi transformations and integrations.
Configure and optimize HRIS integrations including Workday and UKG Pro WFM modules.
Provide technical guidance and enforce coding/testing standards.
Mentor team members and ensure project deliverables meet timelines.
