Job summary

San Juan Regional Medical Center in Oregon is seeking an HCM Solutions Developer to create, test, and move HRIS integrations for Workday and UKG. You will design, implement, and optimize interfaces and data flows across platforms.

You will collaborate with IT and HR teams, translating complex requirements into reliable solutions while providing production support. A bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience are expected, with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience with Workday HCM Module and UKG (Kronos).
• Defined Critical Thinking skills.
• Experience with IT implementations involving integration components.
• Experience in designing and developing applications on different cloud platforms integrations.
• Excellent customer service, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Security Administrator and primary integration developer for HRIS.
• Participate in discovery sessions for new integration set-up.
• Create, maintain, design, test, and set-up of integration solutions including EIBs, inbounds/outbounds, APIs, and cloud connectors.
• Map documents for integrations and create complex inbound/outbound integrations, studio integrations, and XSLT scripts.
• Maintain and troubleshoot current integrations in Workday and UKG and provide post-go-live support.
