NYU Langone Health is seeking a Sr Developer for UKG Pro Workforce Management Solutions in a hybrid NYC setting. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting integrations for Time & Attendance and HR systems using UKG Pro and Boomi.

You will work with HR, Payroll, and IT to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. The candidate should have 3-5 years in UKG Pro, Boomi certification, strong data/ETL capabilities, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Developer with UKG Pro Workforce Management, with 1-3 years on UKG WFC WIM.
• Certification in Boomi and UKG Pro.
• Proficiency in Boomi AtomSphere and building/managing integrations.
• Strong knowledge of UKG WFC and UKG Pro workforce functionality and configuration.
• Experience with cloud application functionality and architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to UKG Pro, Boomi and Java.
• Experience with data formats (XML, JSON, CSV) and protocols (REST).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Lead development and administration of Workforce Management and Time & Attendance applications.
• Support and maintain integrations and related components with other developers.
• Participate in architecture design and performance monitoring.
