The role emphasizes leadership in HR process design, stakeholder facilitation, and delivery excellence across international clients, with opportunities for senior progression to Principal levels.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in delivering HCM cloud transformation programmes (min 5–6 years for Senior Consultants, 8–10 years for Principals).
• Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and best practices.
• Experience with HCM platforms such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD.
• Knowledge of AI, GenAI and automation tools transforming HR processes.

• End-to-end delivery of HCM cloud transformation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to define requirements and align with strategic goals.
• Provide expert guidance on HCM cloud capabilities, configuration and best practices.
• Lead HR workshops and craft insightful presentations with actionable recommendations.
