• Experience in Core HR, Recruitment, Workforce Compensation Cloud and Talent Management.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals and stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and client representatives.
• Evaluate deliverables and drive adoption of new methodologies and tools.
• Develop and manage project estimates, budgets, and resource allocation.
