Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, business, human resources, accounting, healthcare informatics, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting complex business applications including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, or data quality.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and meet Virginia state employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for the Human Capital Management environment, including UKG and payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, benefits, and security.
• Configure and maintain HCM modules, business rules, tables, workflows, security roles, and system settings within governance.
• Plan, execute test scripts for releases, payroll cycles, integration impact, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop operational and audit reports, queries, reconciliations, and data-quality monitoring.
• Support workflow standardization, training materials, readiness checklists, and post-release adoption.
