Job summary

Augusta Health in Virginia is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Applications for its Human Capital Management system. You will own functional performance and governance for UKG and related HCM platforms, guiding configuration and security to support payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, and HR processes.

This on-site role partners with Payroll, HR, Finance, and operations to translate needs into reliable, scalable solutions, lead an application team, manage vendor relationships, and oversee upgrades,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, human resources, healthcare informatics, or related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive enterprise business-application experience.
• Five or more years supporting HCM, payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, human resources, benefits, compensation, or related platforms.
• Two or more years leading application or functional teams.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and meet Virginia state employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own functional performance and business-application accountability for UKG and related HCM platforms.
• Lead the HCM application team and serve as the escalation point for complex configuration, workflow, reporting, data, and application-support issues.
• Partner with Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, Nursing, and operational leaders to translate requirements into controlled, supportable solutions.
• Coordinate interfaces, identity and access management, cybersecurity, and technical support.
• Govern functional configuration, security, and controls.
• Oversee HCM upgrades, patches, release testing, change control, and post-release validation.
