Everforth ECS seeks a Senior HCM Analyst to lead data migration projects, coordinate HRIS integrations, and transform complex HR data into actionable insights. You'll bridge technical execution with strategic storytelling for HR stakeholders.

You'll design data migration strategies, build dashboards, and deliver executive summaries that illuminate workforce trends, turnover, diversity, and engagement for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR analytics, HRIS, or HR systems implementation.
• Experience leading data migration projects (HRIS, payroll, or benefits).
• Strong knowledge of HR data structures and employee lifecycle data.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR data migration projects from legacy systems to modern HRIS platforms.
• Design data migration strategies with data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Coordinate integration solutions between HR systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits, learning platforms).
• Partner with technical teams to implement automated data flows.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance throughout migration processes.
• Synthesize complex data from multiple HR sources into cohesive narratives.
• Translate HR metrics into business insights for executive leadership.
• Build visualizations and dashboards that tell the employee story.
• Present findings with clear recommendations to HR and business leaders.
• Develop executive summaries that simplify complex data landscapes.
• Design and maintain HR dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Analyze workforce metrics (turnover, retention, engagement, diversity).
• Create models for workforce planning and talent analytics.
• Monitor data quality and establish data governance practices.
• Build self-service reporting capabilities for HR teams.
• Train HR teams on new systems and reporting tools.
• Document data workflows, processes, and business rules.
• Manage relationships with vendors and technical teams.
