Job summary

Oregon Health Authority seeks a Health Policy & Program Manager 2 to lead Medicaid Home & Community Based Services policy, coordinating across health and social support systems. Qualifications

• Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience; OR three years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of Medicaid HCBS policies and programs.
• Collaborate with diverse partners across Oregon’s health system and state agencies.
• Provide policy leadership to align with the Medicaid State Plan and federal requirements.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team, prioritize work, and manage budget strategies and procurements.
• Inform long-range system direction and strengthen partnerships with providers and community groups.
