Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in Public Health, Public Policy, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in policy analysis, program evaluation, or related field.
• County behavioral health plan experience preferred.
• Clinical license preferred (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Monitor state and federal behavioral health policy developments and assess impacts on operations and EHR workflows.
• Analyze statutes, regulations, and guidance; communicate implications to stakeholders.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure county compliance with requirements.
• Create implementation guidance, tools, workflows, and technical assistance resources.
• Provide consultation on policy implementation and operational challenges for county plans.
• Collaborate with EHR and clinical staff to ensure modules meet clinical needs and compliance.
• Develop and facilitate trainings on policies, EHR functionalities, and regulatory requirements.
• Collect and present data related to quality and performance management.
