Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Design Validation Product Engineer for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) technology. You will contribute to silicon validation, debugging, and qualification of next-generation memory products, interfacing with design, manufacturing, test, and quality teams, including external customers.

The role emphasizes end-to-end validation from design to volume production. The ideal candidate has experience with Verilog/VHDL/SystemVerilog, scripting in Python, and strong

Qualifications

• Experience with schematic capture, circuit simulations, and data analysis to validate HBM designs.
• Knowledge of JEDEC specifications for memory devices and HBM architectures.
• Ability to collaborate across Design, Manufacturing, Test and Quality teams to drive silicon validation.

Responsibilities

• Understand JEDEC specifications for HBM and internal architecture documentation.
• Craft schematic and layout knowledge for HBM builds and verify designs in lab.
• Perform silicon validation and address issues through hardware/software debugging, simulations and data analysis.
• Collaborate with PE teams and multi-functional groups to improve validation workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of validation methodologies and processes.
