Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Design Validation Product Engineer to advance next‑gen HBM products from design through qualification and high‑volume manufacturing.

You will validate silicon, analyze data, and collaborate across design, manufacturing, test, and quality teams to ensure reliability and manufacturability. The role combines hardware/software debugging, data analytics, and AI-assisted tools to accelerate validation and support engineering decisions in a fast-paced semiconductor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with schematic analysis, circuit simulation, data analysis, or lab debugging.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in JEDEC HBM specifications, internal architecture documentation, and HBM design schematics and layouts.
• Perform silicon validation and characterization of HBM products using laboratory equipment, circuit simulations, debugging techniques, and data analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Test, Quality, and other multi-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze validation data, identify trends, and implement solutions that improve product performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Apply AI-Assisted and AI-Enabled tools, including data analysis and debugging solutions, to improve validation efficiency, accelerate root-cause analysis, and support engineering decision-making.
