Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories is seeking a Logistics Technologist to support and execute logistics activities within the Corporate Storage team at Sandia NM. Onsite work is required, including collaboration with Logistics professionals to resolve issues and deliver shipments and service orders efficiently.

Responsibilities include data entry, coordination of scheduling, and developing processes that meet customer needs while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3+ years related experience.
• Experience with Move-it tickets software or related IT ticketing systems.
• Nuclear Criticality Safety training.
• Active DOE Q-level security clearance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Enter work order information, supporting documentation, and close-out information into inventory systems accurately and timely.
• Notify other Facilities teams of planned logistics activities and coordinate scheduling conflicts.
• Develop executable work processes that meet needs while ensuring shipments are implemented successfully.
• Lead improvement efforts for a high volume of move-it tickets and storage per Sandia's requirements.
• Contribute to Sandia's success by communicating issues and solutions across functions.
