Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 3+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Move-it tickets software or related IT ticketing systems.
• Nuclear Criticality Safety (NCS) training is required.
• Active DOE Q-level security clearance or equivalent (e.g., DOD Top Secret).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Logistics team leads and specialists to resolve project issues.
• Enter work order information and close-out details into Sandia systems accurately.
• Coordinate scheduling with facilities teams for logistics activities.
• Develop executable work processes to meet needs while ensuring shipments proceed.
• Support multiple customers and staff through project and service execution.
• Assess completeness of work orders from cradle to grave for successful close-out.
