Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to support Hardware Design TPMs, drive engineering deliverables, and manage hardware component delivery to meet timelines.

The role requires strong product development process knowledge, fabrication process familiarity, and excellent communication. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be essential for program success.

Qualifications

• Requires BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years in technology development program management for consumer electronics.
• Must have experience coordinating across overseas suppliers and various vendor engagement models (ODM/JDM/CM).
• Strong knowledge of phase-gate development processes, DFM, tooling, validation, and characterization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive engineering design deliverables, including specifications, DOE, and validation plans.
• Manage delivery of hardware components for development builds and drive qualification to meet mass production timelines.
• Create development, delivery, and qualification schedules based on system requirements, lead-times, and business needs.
• Manage program structure for clarity and efficiency across teams and leadership.
• Communicate program statuses and flag potential setbacks including vendor tooling and design sprints.
• Facilitate cross-functional and external partner communications and ensure documentation is current.
