Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years as a technology development program manager in consumer electronics.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers of hardware components.
• familiarity with ODM, JDM, and CM vendor engagement models.
• Knowledge of phase gate approach to technology development programs.
• Experience in mechanical system development, design for manufacturing, tooling, validation, and characterization processes.
• Adept at communicating, planning, with high level of detail.
• Experience operating across multiple teams and programs.

• Communicate program statuses, identifying potential setbacks, including vendor tooling schedules and design sprints.
• Manage communication within and between internal cross-functional and external partners.
• Ensure program documents are complete, current, and available for staff and leadership review.

Minimum Qualifications
