Job summary

itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to drive hardware program execution for next-generation AR wearable devices in Sunnyvale, CA. The role focuses on PCB development, integration of electrical components, and cross-functional collaboration from design through production.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end PCB programs, managing SMT/FATP builds, and coordinating with APAC teams. A strong background in hardware or TPM with PCB release ownership is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hardware engineering, PCB development, or TPM roles.
• Proven track record delivering PCB and wearable device programs from design to production.
• Experience owning PCB design releases (flex circuits and MLBs) from concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management of PCB development from design through production.
• Drive design release processes ensuring alignment across electrical, layout, and manufacturing.
• Manage SMT and FATP builds, optimizing schedule, quality and yield.
• Collaborate with electrical and layout engineers to refine circuit designs for compact wearables.
• Track schedules, dependencies, and risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with APAC teams and vendors, including early-morning or evening meetings.
• Ensure successful integration of small electrical components into AR wearable form factors.
• Provide strong program leadership and cross-stakeholder execution.
