Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• 2+ years as a people manager leading test engineering.
• Experience with PCBA/electronic testing and test standards.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team, set objectives and guide initiatives.
• Oversee improvements of the test strategy for scalable operations.
• Collaborate with SEIT and development engineering for testability.
• Advance automation, uniformity and throughput in testing.
• Maintain test capabilities across multiple products from system to component level.
• Evaluate test data and identify product and process improvements.
• Communicate vision to stakeholders and scale platforms from LRIP to FRP.
• Lead procurement and ROI analyses for new test equipment.
• Champion safety, cost reduction, quality, and productivity through testing.
• Foster innovation, collaboration, and accountability in engineering.
