Anduril Industries is seeking a Hardware Test Engineering Manager for its EW Manufacturing team to oversee production test systems and ensure rigorous testing across a fast-moving hardware portfolio.

You will lead a team, drive automation and analytics, collaborate with product and design teams, and align testing capabilities from pre-production to full-scale output, while maintaining security clearances and safety standards.

Formación

• 8+ years in manufacturing test engineering and product sustainment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years as a people manager leading manufacturing test engineering or related fields.
• Experience with Linux, C#, Python, LabVIEW or other test automation.
• Experience with PCBA/electronic assembly test and testing standards (acceptance, EOL, ESS).
• Familiar with TES/MES/ERP systems and related workflows.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team; set objectives and measure outcomes.
• Improve the test strategy for scalable operations across products.
• Collaborate with product SEIT and development engineering for testability.
• Advance automation, uniformity, and operational efficiency in testing.
• Maintain test capabilities from system checks to component validation.
• Analyze test data to identify product and process improvements.
• Communicate strategy to stakeholders; scale from LRIP to FRP.
• Lead procurement and ROI analyses for new test equipment.
• Drive safety, cost reduction, quality, and productivity via testing.
• Foster innovation and accountability in the engineering group.
• Act as the technical authority for manufacturing test issues.
• Design maintenance and calibration protocols for test equipment.
