Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Hardware Test Engineering Manager to lead the EW Manufacturing test engineering team, overseeing testing protocols and high-volume production across the portfolio. You will drive scalable test strategies, automation, data analytics, and cost-effective equipment investments to ensure quality and throughput.

The role requires strong leadership, 8+ years in manufacturing test, and experience with test automation and multi-disciplinary integration; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• 2+ years in a people-management role overseeing manufacturing test teams.
• Experience with Linux, C#, Python, NixOS, LabVIEW or equivalent test automation.

Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team, set objectives, and measure outcomes.
• Improve test strategy for scalable production across products.
• Collaborate with product SEIT and development for design testability.
• Advance automation, uniformity, and operational efficiency in testing.
• Maintain test capabilities across product value streams from system to component level.
• Analyze test data, identify improvement opportunities, and report findings.
• Align strategy with pre-production to mass production ramp (LRIP to FRP).
• Lead procurement and ROI analysis for new test equipment.
• Champion safety, cost reduction, quality, and productivity via testing.
