Anduril Industries is seeking a Hardware Test Engineering Manager for the EW Manufacturing Team to oversee production test systems, drive scalable operations, and optimize testing processes across multiple products. You will lead a team, implement automation, ensure test throughput, and guide equipment procurement and ROI analyses.

Qualified candidates have 8+ years in test engineering, a bachelor’s in engineering, and experience with PCBA testing, Linux, LabVIEW, and test automation. U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering or related fields.
• Experience with Linux, C#, Python, NixOS, LabVIEW or equivalent test automation.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software/firmware integration.

Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team and set objectives.
• Oversee and improve the test strategy for scalable production.
• Collaborate with SEIT and development engineering for design testability.
