Positron AI is seeking a Senior Hardware Technical Recruiter to build our silicon and systems engineering teams. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle for hardware roles—from role definition with engineering leaders to accepted offers—leveraging deep semiconductor sourcing and an agent-first approach to recruiting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting with semiconductor/silicon talent.
• Experience hiring across ASIC/RTL design, design verification, physical design, DFT, or silicon validation.
• Proven ability to independently source and close experienced engineers in competitive markets.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hardware recruiting for ASIC/RTL, design verification, physical design, DFT, and silicon validation.
• Build pipelines through market mapping, referrals, and semiconductor community networks; conduct initial conversations.
• Coordinate interview processes, provide feedback, and help craft offers and closes with hiring managers and People team.
• Use pipeline data to improve recruiting effectiveness and scalability; leverage AI tools while keeping human judgment where essential.
