Anduril Industries is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to own hardware development programs within Core Tech. You'll connect design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations to drive complex electromechanical products from concept through production.

Work with engineering leads to build roadmaps, track milestones, manage risks, and engage right teams at the right time. If you've run hardware programs and want to move fast on systems that matter, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager driving hardware or integrated product development projects.
• Experience with electromechanical systems including motors, actuators, and drive systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery of hardware development programs.
• Coordinate between design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations.
• Build roadmaps, track milestones, and manage risks.
• Communicate engineering strategy to stakeholders and manage expectations.
