Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to own planning, execution, and delivery of hardware development programs within Core Tech. You will bridge design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations to drive complex electromechanical products from concept to production.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, maintain milestones, and manage risks. 5+ years in hardware programs and eligibility for a U.S. Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager driving hardware or integrated product development projects.
• Experience managing complex electromechanical systems including motors and drive components.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders across technical areas.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery of hardware development programs within Core Tech.
• Coordinate across design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations.
• Define roadmaps, milestones, and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Engage with multiple teams to de-risk the product roadmap and drive decisions.
