Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to own hardware development programs within Core Tech.

You will coordinate design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations to drive complex electromechanical products from concept through production. You will build roadmaps, track milestones, manage risks, engage the right teams at the right time, and communicate engineering strategy to stakeholders while aligning with the product

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager driving hardware or integrated product development projects.
• 5+ years’ experience in mechanical systems hardware with emphasis on drive systems and electromechanical assemblies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders across technical areas.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery of hardware development programs within Core Tech.
• Establish milestones and define the product roadmap with cross‑functional teams.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and drive tasks to de‑risk the roadmap using data from stakeholders.
• Execute a variety of tasks to keep the program on track and aligned with milestones.
• Communicate engineering strategy and vision to technical stakeholders and manage risks.
