Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own planning, execution, and delivery of hardware development programs within Core Tech. You will connect design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations to drive electromechanical products from concept through production.

You will build roadmaps with engineering leads, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure the right teams are engaged at the right time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager driving hardware or integrated product development projects.
• Experience with electromechanical systems, including motors, actuators, drive systems, gears, bearings, gearboxes, pcba’s, sensors & engines.
• 3+ years’ experience in mechanical systems hardware with emphasis on drive systems, turbojet engines or electromechanical assemblies as part of integrated product development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders, across a wide range of technical areas.
• Comfort working with data and complex analyses.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery of hardware development programs.
• Coordinate between design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations to drive complex electromechanical products from concept through production.
• Build roadmaps, track milestones, and manage risks with engineering leads.
• Prioritize tasks to support program development and de-risk the roadmap.
• Communicate engineering strategy and vision to technical stakeholders and manage expectations.
