Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Program Manager to act as a builder-operator within the Counter Intrusion business line. You will drive efficiency, manage schedules and budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery of high-volume manufacturing programs.

You will translate prototypes into scalable production, collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and leadership, and mitigate risks to enable smooth program transitions to full-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience in operations program management, business operations, engineering/technical roles in defense/aerospace/complex hardware.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production workflows.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Gantt charts).
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal strike team leader to identify and resolve complex operational, manufacturing, and business process issues.
• Monitor budgets, track progress, and ensure focus on issue resolution for full-scale production.
• Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership on status, risks, and solutions.
• Ensure appropriate allocation of materials, labor and equipment for production readiness.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and roadblocks impacting timelines or readiness.
• Coordinate between engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, program management, growth, quality and leadership to align pre-production with business objectives.
