• Experience with change control systems (PLM/CCB) and issue tracking (Jira).

Responsibilities

• Translate complex engineering intents into execution-ready directives for NPI managers.
• Own the execution matrix for Proto/EVT/DVT/PVT builds with strict quality targets.
• Draft build-specific SOWs detailing hardware baselines, quantities, and test goals.
• Manage anomalies, deviations, and escalation paths to keep schedules on track.
