Agility Robotics is seeking a Firmware Engineering Manager to lead our embedded software team across sensor networks, controls, and power management. You will shape firmware architecture, drive robust and production-ready software, and collaborate with hardware and software teams to meet product goals.

You will mentor engineers, manage performance cycles, and ensure technical rigor while aligning with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, CS, Electrical or related.
• 10+ years in robotics or high-complexity software.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of senior embedded software engineers.
• Champion the team to senior leadership.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical rigor.
• Manage performance cycles and development plans.
• Contribute to C++ firmware architecture for sensor networks and power management.
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams on HW-SW integration.
• Review code, plan sprints, plan releases, prioritize workloads.
