Qualifications
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Experience with design, development, and productization of networking equipment.
- Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity and EMC design techniques.
- Experience with embedded platforms and PCBs.
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of hardware development from architecture through to production release.
- Lead a diverse team of HW, mechanical, and ECAD resources.
- Participate in a cross-functional team environment including PM, RTL, Software, compliance, and manufacturing.
- Assist in the management and development of OEM relationships.
- Support sustaining efforts and implement changes to improve yields.
