Lead all phases of hardware development from architecture through to production release
Lead a diverse team of HW, mechanical, and ECAD resources
Participate in a cross-functional team environment including PM, RTL, Software, compliance, and manufacturing
Assist in the management and development of OEM relationships
Support sustaining efforts and implement changes to improve yields
BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years relevant experience
Strong skills and experience in people-management and development
Experience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment
Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practices
Experience with EMC design techniques and solving EMC non-compliance issues
Experience with high performance processors and embedded platforms
Knowledge of PCB Stackups and understanding of materials
Strong analytical problem solving skills
Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
1) Do you have experience leading hardware development from architecture through production release for complex systems (e.g., networking, compute, FPGA based platforms)?
2) Do you have direct people management experience leading and developing cross disciplinary engineering teams (HW, mechanical, ECAD, etc.)?
3) Do you have hands on experience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment, including high performance processors or embedded platforms?
4) Do you have practical experience with high speed signal integrity, EMC design techniques, and resolving EMC compliance issues, as well as PCB stackups and material selection?
5) Do you have experience working in a cross functional environment (PM, FPGA/RTL, software, compliance, manufacturing) and supporting manufacturing yield improvement or sustaining efforts?
