Job Juncture in Austin, TX is seeking a Hardware Engineering Manager to lead all phases of hardware development from architecture to production release. This role directs a diverse team spanning HW, mechanical, and ECAD.

You'll collaborate with product management, RTL, software, compliance, and manufacturing while developing OEM relationships and guiding sustaining efforts to improve yields. A BS in EE with 10 years of relevant experience is expected, along with strong leadership and English

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years relevant experience.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Experience in design, development, and productization of networking hardware.
• Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts.
• Experience with EMC design techniques and solving EMC non-compliance issues.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of hardware development from architecture through to production release
• Lead a diverse team of HW, mechanical, and ECAD resources
• Participate in a cross-functional team environment including PM, RTL, Software, compliance, and manufacturing
• Assist in the management and development of OEM relationships
• Support sustaining efforts and implement changes to improve yields
