Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred for leadership track.
• Lead and mentor electrical engineers in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
• Hands-on with schematic capture and PCB layout; remain technically engaged.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers, guiding priorities and career growth.
• Stay actively involved in hardware development through schematic design, PCB layout, and design reviews.
• Drive architecture and development of electrical subsystems: power electronics, motor control, embedded computing, networking.
• Collaborate across mechanical, firmware, systems, and software teams for seamless integration.
• Establish engineering best practices: design reviews, documentation standards, risk assessment, verification.
• Partner with manufacturing to communicate design intent, support builds, and improve manufacturability.
• Provide technical leadership through the product lifecycle from concept to deployment.
