Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing products/services.
• Experience leading engineering design projects and interacting with cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems experience.
• 2+ years of storage devices experience, or experience with storage devices.
• 7+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hardware engineers engaged in design and development of specialized products.
• Collaborate with customers to understand short and long term goals and product needs.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams across components, firmware, test, and external partners to deploy at scale.
