Mercor is seeking Electrical & Hardware Engineering Experts for a remote, contract position. You will apply hands-on hardware and RF engineering expertise to complex tasks and help review designs and workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in hardware development, direct ownership of major hardware workflows, and deep knowledge of RF systems, power electronics, analog/mixed-signal design, PCB architecture, and signal integrity. Strong communication and problem solving are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional hardware development experience.
• Direct ownership of substantial hardware workflows.
• Expertise in RF systems, power electronics, analog/mixed-signal design, PCB architecture, or signal integrity.
• Strong understanding of component selection and system integration.
• Experience debugging hardware with lab equipment and simulation tools.
• Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and trade-offs.
