Job summary

Mercor is partnering with a leading technology organization to recruit experienced RF and electromagnetic (EM) engineering experts for a short-term project. You will apply hands-on industry experience to analyze and solve complex RF/EM problems involving antennas, propagation, and related systems.

Ideal candidates have strong background in RF engineering, electromagnetics, and practical experience with simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, MATLAB, and COMSOL.

Qualifications

• Experienced RF/EM professionals with hands-on industry experience.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical/Electronics RF Electromagnetics or related field.
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, RF principles, and signal propagation.
• Experience with RF/microwave systems, antenna design, EM simulation, RF components, EMC/EMI, and sensing.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex RF and EM engineering problems.
• Analyze RF/EM systems, antennas, circuits, and architectures.
• Apply EM theory and RF principles to real-world scenarios.
• Evaluate design trade-offs, performance, and proposed solutions.
• Review and validate technical approaches with rigorous explanations.
• Follow project-specific technical guidelines and evaluation criteria.
