• Assess technical correctness and practicality of engineering solutions for real-world hardware problems.
• Identify errors, missing assumptions, and potential design or implementation risks.
• Develop or review rigorous engineering problems, reference solutions, or documentation.
• Provide clear technical feedback grounded in practical engineering experience.
