Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 13+ years related experience or Master’s with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Define characterization strategies and test methodologies for complex wearable medical device systems.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and experimental protocols for analog, digital, wireless, sensing, and power subsystems.
• Lead root cause investigations and failure analysis across product development, manufacturing, reliability testing, and post-market performance.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, systems, quality, reliability, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to drive technical solutions.
• Analyze large data sets to extract insights guiding product design and business decisions.
• Support sustaining engineering activities including issue investigation, corrective actions, and risk assessments.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to improve reliability, manufacturability, testability, and product quality.
• Champion best practices, test automation, and continuous improvement to increase team efficiency and product robustness.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster engineering excellence across the organization.
