Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of industry experience.
• 2–5 years of previous management or lead experience.
• Experience in medical devices, high-volume manufacturing, and reliability testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategy, fixtures, and metrology tools for characterization.
• Lead cross‑functional characterization across mechanical, materials, and systems.
• Mentor engineers and drive performance improvements through data analysis.
