Dexcom is seeking a Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer to lead the test metrology portfolio for next‑generation CGM hardware. You’ll architect metrology tools, drive performance testing, analyze data, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure product reliability.

You will guide and mentor engineers, align strategies with DFSS principles, and communicate progress to senior leadership while advancing a high‑visibility program in a fast‑paced R&D environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 13+ years experience (or Master’s with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years).
• Experience leading test development and metrology in medical devices.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop test strategy and metrology tools for mechanical platforms.
• Lead characterization plans and data analysis for product performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive DFSS-aligned testing concepts.
• Coordinate with operations, V&V, and design transfer teams.
